Mr Raymond TAM (centre), the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, is the moderator of the "Dialogue with Young People" session.  With a panel of four guests, namely Mr Frederick MA (fourth right), Former Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development; Professor Gabriel LEUNG (third right), Dean, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong; and Messrs LI Ching (second right) and KO Lai-chak (first right), Olympic silver medallist in table tennis (men's doubles), Mr TAM chaired an interactive discussion among these guests and four young people.
