Applications for the Constitution and Basic Law Promotion Activity and Research Sponsorship Scheme will be accepted through November 13, 2026. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the Motherland in 2027, in this round of applications, priority will be given to proposed innovative, large-scale educational activities which are themed on celebrating the 30th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the Motherland.
